Get Over Yourself! Whatever is Happening to You is Your Responsibility, so Get Over Yourself!

Responsibility, so many of us want to blame someone else for our problems.  Someone irritates us, we blame them.  We fall off our diet, we blame others or we don’t have time.  We aren’t progressing in our goals, we blame circumstances or the weather, or whatever.  The kids won’t do what we want them to do, we blame society or our kids for what is happening.  We have distractions keeping us from doing our prospecting calls, we blame others.  If this is happening to you, you need to get over yourself because you have responsibility in every circumstance in your life.  

We all have bad things that happen to us.  It is just a part of life.  No one can stop it.  There are bad people in society that will take advantage of you, steal from you, and rip you off in a heartbeat if you let them.  The idea is not to let those people into your life.  Sometimes we can’t help it.  They will come in like of wolf in sheep’s clothing and steal from us or hurt us in some way.  However, even if they do bad things to us it is how we react that matters.  If we become bitter and allow that hurt to continue then we allow them to win.  We no longer have control.  We have given to the person that hurt us and they just won the game.

However, you can control the way you react to every situation.  You need to get over yourself and take responsibility for your reaction.  Hit the responsibility button whenever you feel yourself complaining about your circumstances or blaming others for what is happening to you.  Others my very well be to blame but you need to get over yourself and catch yourself and how you react to your situation.
