The Extraordinary Effect of Compounding! What Can Compounding Do For You in Your Business?

 

What do I mean by the extraordinary effect of compounding in business?  We have all heard for compound interest.  Let me explain.  Simple interest is where you only earn interest on the principle.  Say you put $1,000.00 in the bank and you earn $50.00 in interest on the thousand dollars in six months.  In the next six months you would earn another fifty dollars in interest.  You are only earning interest on the first thousand dollars that you put in the bank.

Compound interest is totally different.  Let’s look at the same scenario.  You put $1,000.00 in the bank and in six months your earned fifty dollars.  In the next six months you would earn interest on the thousand dollars plus the fifty dollars.  In that case in the next six months you would not earn $50.00 in interest but $52.50 in interest.  As you can see as time goes by the extraordinary effect of compounding would add up and you would eventually earn much more money.

What if you could put this principle to work in your business?  What kind of business would you have if you got people into your business and then you made money off them?  They in turn got people into their business and you made money off their efforts also.  That’s called the compounding effect.  It’s amazing, isn’t it!  What kind of business can you get into that will allow you to make such an amazing income?

It isn’t your typical sales job or real estate business.  In typical sales you have to work over and over again because you will not make any what is called residual off your sale.  Once you get the money you have to work over and over again to get more sales.  Why would you even sell if that were what you have to do?  I mean it just seems crazy that you would want to work that hard for something that you are going to have to work over and over again to get.
